Catherine Bell could talk fluently in two languages, Persian, and English. her hobbies are snowboarding, skiing, and kick-boxing,she has been training for kick-boxing for over 10 years now. she also has a couple of hobbies that have grown up with her, like making model cars and cross-stitching which are both hobbies that she had since she was eight years old. She got married to fellow actor Adam Beason on the 8th of May 1994, whom she met on the set of Death Becomes Her. the couple have one daughter Gemma, they where blessed with her after 9 years of marrige, she was born on the 16th of April 2003.

Catherine Bell is a very lucky women , where she has survived a thyroid cancer threat when she still was in her twenties. she had a thyroid gland removed and the scar still shows on her neck. at the time that she was diagnosed with cancer she opperated a website that consisted of a message board noting her thyroid surgery and the work that was being done to her such as LASIK work, she shutdown the website due to her not being able to follow up constantly or monitor it constantly.

In the year 2007 , Catherine Bell and her husband put their house for sale for $3.25 million and moved to South Carolina. She slso took flying lessons when the writer strike was still in action.

At the beginning of Catherine Bell’s career she worked as a model and one of her first jobs was to travel to Japan on an extended assignment. when she returned to her hometown LA, she grew an interest in acting so she studied at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. It didn’t take that long before Catherine Bell got a job in the television business, her first acting experience was on the TV series “Sugar and Spice”which aired in the year 1990, although her role was only one line that she had to say, but she commented that it was a life altering experience and that she wanted to continue in that field and broden her experience in acting. She appeared for the first time in a movie where she appeared partially nude for the actress Isabella Rossellini in the movie Death Becomes Her, which was aired in the year 1992.

On the year 1997 Catherine Bell got a lifetime altering role as Sarah MacKenzie on the hit TV series JAG. she starred in that series for 7 seasons, she left on the year 2005. Bell also made an appeareance in the series called “Hot Line”it is a late night series that aired in the United Kingdom , it didnt last that long ,from the year 1994 till the year 1996, Catherine Bell made an appearance in an episode where they go to “The Bruch Club”.

In the year 2003, Catherine Bell made a suprise appearance on the comedy movie”Bruce Almighty” where she starred aside Jim Carrey, she also got the role for the sequel of the movie “Evan Almighty”. In 2005 Catherine Bell appeared in the Sci-Fi “The Triangle”. her role in this series actullly got her a nomination for best supporting actress.

In the year 2007 Catherine Bell actually got the role of Denise Sherwood in the drama series Army Wives, where she is the wife of an US Army major, and she is being punished physically at the hands of her teenage son.

Catherine Bell is born in London, England, She is the daughter of Peter Bell, an English citizen who works as an architect, and Mina, an Iranian citizen who works as a personal assistant and nurse. When she still was at the age of three her parents got a divorce, so she stayed with her mother and they moved to the United States, California. when Catherine Bell turned twelve years old she finally became a naturalized citizen of the United States of America.Catherine Bell describes her self as a geek, that is when she was still in school she loved anything that had to do with math and biology, she could have worked in the field of video gamming where when she was still in junior high she programmed her own computer video game.

When Catherine Bell was still a child she acted in various advertisment commercials. When she was done with high school Catherine Bell attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), at that time she was working in the modelling field, and her dream in university was to become either a biomedical engineer or a physician, but unfortunatly for her she dropped put of university to persue her career in becoming a full-time model.
